Due to the nature of digital market research reports and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we have a limited refund policy for digital products:
- Report Preview: We provide free sample pages of all our reports before purchase. We strongly encourage customers to review these samples to ensure the report meets their research needs.
- Quality Guarantee: If you find significant factual errors or data inaccuracies in our reports, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with specific details of the errors, and we will address your concerns appropriately.
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: Due to the intellectual property nature of our digital reports, we cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the information.
Subscription Services
For our subscription-based services:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Prorated Refunds: Annual subscriptions canceled within 14 days of the initial purchase may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
- No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions: We do not provide refunds for monthly subscription payments that have already been processed.
Custom Research Projects
For custom research projects and consulting services:
- Project Cancellation: If you need to cancel a custom research project, refund eligibility depends on the project stage:
- Before research begins: 90% refund of initial payment
- During initial research phase: 50% refund of initial payment
- After delivery of preliminary findings: No refund
- Project Modifications: Changes to project scope may result in additional costs. Significant reductions in scope do not qualify for partial refunds after work has commenced.
